Here's how to get CORE Level 1Â certification for Minding the Heart graduates.

If you completed Minding the Heart, you've already built a strong foundation. Now you have the opportunity to turn that foundation into a recognized Level 1 CORE Coaches Certification by completing the remaining CORE requirements.

If you did the Full Training

Then you need the following requirements

The next step for MTH graduates.
If you completed the Full MTH program, you’re just one step away from consolidating your skills and earning your official certification as a Level 1 CORE Coaches.

You only need two things:

Your prior commitment: Attended at least 80% of the live small group sessions during MTH.

The CORE ecosystem: Sign up to receive the extras that come along with the CORE training that weren't offered during MTH.This includes the Demo Library ($100 USD--one time cost), the Deliberate Practice Library ($100 USD--one time cost), the "Coaching Corner" library, and full access to the library of recordings of the CORE lectures ($200 USD--one time cost). Next year will be 9 months instead of 6 months, so this means you'll get 3 months worth of new lectures, for only $200!

 How much is it?
Each of the three supplemental libraries is $100 USD (plus video library at $200), for a one-time cost of $500 USD.

Your outcome
Once you complete this material (which will take the full 9 months, since the libraries will build over time), you will receive your official certification as a Level 1 CORE Coaches, leaving you fully prepared to jump into Level 2Â (full certification) as that offering comes out.Â

In MTH, you joined our lecture sessions, but missed out on the live practical experience: the Labs (formerly known as Small Groups). To complete your training and earn your official certification, you only need to follow two simple steps.

You only need two things:

Complete your Lecture Session: The CORE program runs for 9 months in total, just 3 months longer than MTH. The great news is that everything you previously paid in MTH turns into credit, meaning you only pay the difference for those 3 additional months of (recorded) lecture sessions ($30 USD per class). Every week, recordings will be uploaded to our new Library platform so you can watch them at your own pace. This means you’ll get full access to all 33 CORE lecture sessions over 9 months, while only paying for 3 months worth.

Join the live Labs sessions:Â To earn your certification, live attendance at the Labs, which replace the old small groups, is essential. There are 33 Lab sessions in total throughout the year ($60 USD per session), and you must attend at least 80% of them. You can choose the time slot that best fits your schedule:Â Wednesdays 10-11:15am Central Time or Thursdays 4-5:15pm Central Time

First 3 months: $90 USD per week ($30 for your lecture session recordings + $60 for your live Lab).

Last 6 months: Your payment drops to $60 USD per week, as the rest of the lecture classes will be completely free, fully covered by your prior credit.

By fulfilling your Lab attendance and completing all the material, you will receive your official title as a Level 1 CORE Coaches, leaving you fully prepared to jump into Level 2 whenever you're ready.

When does the CORE Coaching Training take place?
September 15th, 2026 – May 25th, 2027
If you haven't completed MTH yet, we strongly recommend starting the CORE Training from the beginning to get the solid, foundational experience you need.

Looking toward Full Certification (Year 2)
For those pursuing Full Certification, Year 2 will launch in Fall 2027. Once you complete your Level 1 requirements above, you’ll be fully eligible to step right into Year 2.
