Immersive Experience
Join a 3-month training designed to introduce you to the deep science and practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS). You will master the foundational basics, explore underlying theories, and learn a clear map for integrating IFS into other experiential modalities seamlessly.
Practical Methodology
This is more than just theory. You will absorb the natural flow of the IFS model by watching and discussing real-life session recordings. This clinical observation allows you to see the transformation firsthand and understand how to lead with "Self" in complex scenarios.
The Journey
Our journey runs from June 1st through August 31st with live weekly sessions via Zoom. To keep your focus entirely on your personal and professional growth, tuition is handled through automatic weekly installments throughout the duration of the training.
A Comprehensive Weekly Immersion

Whether you are a therapist, a coach, or someone on a journey of self-discovery, we have designed this experience for you. To bridge the gap between theory and clinical intuition, we meet twice weekly:
The Lecture | Mondays, 1:00 – 2:30 PM CT: Master the core clinical concepts and theory. Led by Tori Olds, Ph.D., with monthly guest sessions by Paul Ginter, Ed.D. (Recorded for ongoing lifetime access).
The Lab | Thursdays, 10:00 – 11:00 AM CT: The heart of clinical observation. Watch real IFS sessions and demos followed by deep-dive discussions. (Private & Interactive: These sessions are not recorded).
This training comes with access to Tori's training manual (focused on integrating between experiential models) and other supplemental content. You will also gain access to our 'IFS demo library' and have the chance to join our private Discord community for direct dialogue with Tori and peers.

As an IFS-enthusiast with an interest in the intersection of experiential therapies and science, Tori is excited to bring the beauty of IFS to life for you, while helping you learn the core skills and steps of the model. Tori approaches IFS through the lens of memory reconsolidation.
Paul Ginter, EdD
Guest Expert
Working closely with IFS developer Richard Schwartz, Paul is an IFS Senior Lead Trainer who has traveled the globe training professionals on nearly every continent. Paul has over 30 years experience with IFS, and will join us monthly to answer questions and offer live demos.
